Welcome To The 2009 Golden Pitch Festival

The Pitch Festival Is  Oct. 16-18, 2009
Registrants will receive email invitations to buy tickets

Welcome, and pitch well!   The link below will take you to buy pitch tickets.  But first...

... Pitch Ticket Prices: Online-Only
5 Or More Tickets In One Transaction Needed For 20% Discount

Pitch Tickets $25 Each.    There Is A 20% Discount For Five Or More Tickets In One Transaction.   Read the advice and warnings below.  You will NOT receive the discount if you buy fewer than five tickets in a transaction.   Sorry, but the only way to get the discount is to order five or more in on sale transaction.  The shopping cart applies it automatically.  Virtually every shopping cart in the world works this way. If you purchase fewer than five in any transaction, the price will be $25 each, and you will NOT receive a refund or credit if you previously bought other tickets and your total from two transactions adds up to five.

Beware of disappearing tickets and losing your discount:

If you put five tickets into your shopping cart, make sure they are still there when you click to pay.  If someone else buys a ticket while it is in your cart, it will disappear from your cart and you will have lost the opportunity to buy it.

All sales are final, and no refunds are granted.
No refunds will be granted for any reason whatsoever.
DO NOT BUY if you cannot accept the terms above and below.

At The Risk Of Repeating Ourselves Multiple Times...
We're very sorry, sorry, but if tickets disappear from your cart and then you subsequently buy only four, you will not receive a credit or refund.
Check the number of tickets in the cart before you click "buy."

You may re-sell your tickets.  The buyer will have to affirm the Release and Waiver before he/she may pitch.  The buyer will have to be someone with an Expo badge in order to pitch.

... The Legal Stuff

At the Expo, you will be required to sign a release form identical or closely similar in intent and content to the one below when you pick up your tickets to pitch.   You must be a registered Expo attendee and be wearing your badge to pitch.

If you do not consent to signing the release, DO NOT buy pitch tickets.
You will not be allowed to pitch. Tickets are not refundable.   If you refuse to affirm the agreement, you will forfeit the amount you paid for them.  You must be registered to attend the Expo and be wearing your badge in order to pitch.  There will be no exceptions granted.

The Golden Pitch Festival at the 2009 Screenwriting Expo Organizers shall have thirty (30) calendar days after receipt of said notice to attempt to cure any alleged breach or failure to perform prior to the time that you may further assert any claim or cause of action.
